ABOUT US - Bio

Eric Schwarm has an extensive background in sales and marketing in the construction distribution industry. He grew up in Portland, Oregon and earned a degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Portland State University with undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon. Eric began his career in the San Francisco Bay Area and soon moved to Medford, where he raised two beautiful children with his wife, Lynne. Real estate was always a passion; he was involved in several part-time investment projects in Southern Oregon before relocating to Portland in 2008.

For years, Eric dreamed of creating a full-time business in real estate investment. As he studied and educated himself over the years, Eric identified his niche and eventually launched Vista Home Solutions, LLC in 2012. Vista has evolved to a branded “fix and flip” infill provider throughout the Portland Metropolitan and Bend, Oregon markets with future plans to move into the new construction market. Vista strives to be a responsible community steward, with a goal to substantially improve the sites they acquire, impacting the neighborhood in a positive manner. Vista often takes the least valuable home on the street and leaves it one of the best, always mindful of the impact on the neighborhood while construction is in process. Today that brand lives on as Vista Homes NW.

While successfully operating Vista, Eric has entered into a partnership with his longtime friend, Brandon Dahl, at SideKick Invest. Together they combine their knowledge of real estate, finance, and marketing to bring large investment opportunities to the average investor by pooling capital from multiple investors to purchase large commercial real estate. When he’s not hard at work, Eric likes to watch sports and cycling, travel to warm places and enjoy the fantastic eateries in the Portland area.
